f83061a00e Fix Iguana Tweaks fucking everything up because apparently it -needs- setHarvestLevel to be called even though there is getHarvestLevel() which I have made to work. 
I hate Iguana Tweaks. It breaks everything and has shit mechanics to begin with.

910a1e7fbe Removed unnecessary things from the OreDictionary by adding recipes for the Reconstructor and the Crusher that don't use it. 
Also added green dye.
